5 Tips to aid Weight Loss April 2011
- Eat a High Fibre Diet (plenty of wholegrain, nuts, raisins )
- Eat your five a day fruit and veg
- Drink up to two litres of water per day
- Exercise first thing in the morning when energy levels are high
- Do short bursts of exercise for up to twenty minutes per day rather than hour long sessions every second day
