Free delivery on hires of 12 weeks or more
If you hire your item for 12 weeks or more delivery and collection is free. If you take the item for less than 12 weeks the following rates apply:
From Hire Depot: €40 delivered and €40 collected (leaving total delivery and collection charge at €80) or sterling equivalent. If hiring multiple items only one charge will apply.
When purchasing an item delivery is €40 or sterling equivalent.

How does the pricing work?
We offer 4,8,12,16 and 20 week periods, the longer the period, the cheaper the weekly rate.
What is the minimum fitness equipment Hire period
Four weeks is our minimum hire period.
What if I decide to buy the exercise machine after my hire period has ceased?
If after hiring you decide to buy; we will give you 60% of your hire back as a discount against the sale price.
When should I make my reservation ?
As early as possible, so we can arrange the collection or delivery time that best suits you. We always have large stock quantities, ready for instant dispatch.
How long will delivery take?
Your machine will be delivered to your door within a 24/48 hour period of making the order.
How far will you deliver a machine too?
We deliver anywhere in Ireland.
What are my Identification requirements?
Every new customer must be identified before a hire commences. You must provide a state recognised form of Photo ID. Acceptable forms are;
Driving Licence
Passport
National Identity Card
Garda Identity Card
You must also provide a Proof of Address. Acceptable forms are;
Utility Bill (ESB, Eircom, etc.) Mobile phone bills will not be accepted.

How can I submit my Identification?
If it is not possible for you to call in to our depot and formally submit your two forms of ID, we will accept a faxed or emailed copy of them. Our E-mail address is info@fitness4hire.com, and our FAX number is 0035342 933 9322.
How and when do I pay?
All major credit cards are accepted. In most cases this means that your hire is completed before your card statement is due.
We also accept cash at our depot, or cash on delivery, for all other deliveries payment is required by card before dispatch.
Is there a Security Deposit?
Yes. A re-fundable security deposit of €50 or sterling equivalent is required per piece of equipment hired.
What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?
We do charge for broken or damaged equipment. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from vandalism or loss. Instruction Manuals not returned will also be charged for.
How will I know when my hire period has ended?
It will say on your Fitness4Hire Contract. But we will make contact with you a few days in advance to remind you, or see if you want to hold on to the machine for a little longer.
How do I return the equipment?
You can drop the machine off at our depot, or you can make contact with us via phone, email or fax to arrange collection.
What is my responsibility for equipment return?
Equipment remains on hire until returned to Fitness4Hire. Security of equipment remains your responsibility until returned or collected by us.
Can I buy a new machine?
Yes. We stock a full range of machines. Our machines come fully assembled and carry a full 12 month Fitness 4 Hire warranty. Our friendly staff will set up your machine and give you a one to one demonstration.
Can I buy a second hand machine?
Yes. Call us for a quote today, all second hand machines usually carry a 6 month warranty depending on the age
